SHIPPING & PAYMENT
1. Shipping
RADKA SIRKOVA orders are shipped using the delivery methods available for the Customer's destination during checkout.
Available delivery options and their prices are displayed before the Customer submits the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, selected delivery method and whether the product requires individual production or alteration.
Products that are made to order or individually altered may require additional production time. Where applicable, the expected timeframe will be communicated to the Customer.

Where collection at the Store / Studio is offered as a delivery option, the Customer will be informed when the order is ready for collection.
3. International Orders
International shipping may be available to selected destinations.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may impose customs duties, import VAT, local taxes or handling fees.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures may also affect the estimated delivery time.
4. Delivery Information
The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of incorrect information supplied by the Customer, or is returned after the Customer fails to accept or collect it, the Seller may require payment of reasonable additional delivery costs before sending the goods again.
This does not affect the Customer's statutory consumer rights.
If a parcel appears visibly damaged on delivery, we recommend documenting the condition of the parcel and informing both the carrier and us as soon as reasonably possible. Failure to do so does not automatically deprive a consumer of their statutory rights.
5. Payment
The payment methods currently available for a particular order are displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. RADKA SIRKOVA does not normally receive or store complete payment card details.
An order may be processed once the required payment has been successfully authorised or received.
6. Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the online store.
Where a payment involves currency conversion, the Customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or additional fees. Such fees are outside the control of RADKA SIRKOVA.
